FAQ

When will my personalised video be ready?

Personalised videos are recorded weekly and delivered via email every Tuesday. Orders placed after 12pm Monday (AEST) will be delivered Tuesday the following week.

Are the videos pre-recorded?

No. Each video is custom and recorded especially for your little one. If there is another child with the same name, Ms Moni will still record a unique video that is exclusively yours.

Can I add more than one name to the same order?

No. Each video is personalised for one child only. For multiple children, please add separate order items to your cart.

How long is each video?

Each video is approximately 1 minute long.

How do you deliver these videos?

Once your video is ready, we will send you an email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will contain a link to your video. Please download your video to your own device as videos are routinely removed every 30 days.

To ensure you receive the email, please add hi@msmoni.com to your safe contacts list. If you do not receive your order, please check your junk/spam folder.

My daughter is Ms. Moni obsessed so I thought it’d be cool to get a personalised video for her birthday, she made me play it for her about 20 times, the videos delivery was fast and efficient and no hassles whatsoever, 10/10 recommend to make your kiddos day
