How soon will I get the video?
We send that week’s finished videos by email every Tuesday. Order before 9am Monday (AEST) to make that Tuesday’s delivery; anything after comes the following Tuesday. Need it for a specific date? Message us and we’ll make sure it lands in time.
What if my child's name is hard to pronounce?
That's exactly what the recording is for. Say the name once and we match Kookie's pronunciation to yours, so it sounds right, not "close enough". You can also skip the recording and we'll use the most common pronunciation.
What ages is it for?
Kookie’s videos are loved most by children aged 1 to 8, and you can set any age from 1 to 12; Kookie tailors his chat to how big they’re getting.
How is the name actually used?
Kookie says your child’s name throughout the video (around eight times), spoken to them, not pasted on the screen. In the birthday video, he sings it into the birthday song too.
